The company is located at Fuping New Industries Demonstration Park No. 1, located at 90 acres. The plant area covers 50,000 square metres of construction and 35,000 square metres of production area, including 1,700 square metres for the cleaning of production workshops, 1,800 square metres for the storage of raw material, 4,200 square metres for the production depot, 500 square metres for the testing centre and 380 square metres for the research and development centre laboratory. The production of milk powder in the new plant is based on the country ' s leading steam-transmitting transient artery, 80 per cent of the equipment is imported, the production line has an automated cleaning system of the CIP, 100,000-grade air purification workshops, storage of milk powder by automatic filtering of the fluided bed, production by nitrogen-filling, and the production process is subject to electronic real-time monitoring, from raw materials to the plant, and the consumer ' s entire electronic trail. The company's testing laboratories have the capability to detect all items of products. The company has achieved self-establishment control of its milk source base, with 80 existing mechanized milk stations; 36 self-employed subdivisions with a permit to purchase fresh milk; and 10 standardized dairy sheep farming subdivisions are under construction or are pending in the north-east of my district, in order to secure the company ' s products.
