Jiang Xie Shufu Province Medicine and Drinking Medicine Co. Ltd., a fully-funded subsidiary of Jiang Xieyu Gorge Pharmaceutical Industry Limited, was established on 6 March 2014 at the South Industrial Park of the canyon county, with a registered funding of $35 million, as a Chinese pharmaceutical production enterprise that combines drug cultivation, processing, marketing and scientific research into the traditional Chinese pharmaceutical tablet manufacturing process and modern pharmaceutical technology. The company covers more than 47,800 square metres of land and more than 13,000 square metres of construction, with a total investment of $20 million. In 2015, the company was awarded the “Gian City Poverty Eradication Award” and in 2016 the company was awarded the title “High-tech enterprise”, “Provincial Forest Master Enterprise” and the Deputy Chairman of the Specialized Committee on Chinese Medicines of the Chinese Drug Association, with a value of over 100 million sold in 2016 and more than 140 million in 2017.
